A Journey by Train
I had plenty of time during the last fall vacation. So I decided to do the train journey from Khulna to Rajshahi. I arrived at the station about half an hour before the departure of the train. It was a very busy time then. Rickshaws, motorcars and other vehicles arrived at the railway station with passengers.
After a while, when the passengers heard the whistle, they stood in line (f) in front of the ticket counter. I also stood in line and bought a second class ticket. In due time the train arrived and the guard blew his whistle and waved his flag. Everyone tried to get on the train first.
After much difficulty I got into the second class compartment. The compartment was filled to its capacity. The train left the station. I looked outside and found the beauty of nature. The train passed through green rice fields. Here and there were plants of jute and sugar cane.
